Mallam Ibrahim Aliyu is currently the Chairman of Urban Shelter Limited. He also provides leadership to a number of businesses.

Born in Lagos on 3rd of April, 1954, Engr. Olubunmi Peters is a thorough-bred professional and technocrat. A consummate manager of human and material resources with over 45 years post-graduation experience garnered in both the United States of America and Nigeria. He holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Texas at El Paso, and a participatory master’s degree program in Highway Engineering at California State University, Los Angeles, California – USA. He is a specialist in Engineering Economics and a consummate enthusiast for properly constituted business and infrastructure development, management and maintenance.
Dr. Peters started his engineering career with the Firm of Loren Phillips & Associates, in Arcadia California, in December 1977 and later joined the Firm of Technological Engineering Company Inc, based in El Monte, California, from March 1979 to January 1982, when he returned to Nigeria to join the Public Service as a Senior Civil Engineer with the federal Ministry of Works and Housing in June 1983, after his National Youth Service with the Nigeria Airport Authority (NAA).
He served from 1983 and retired from the public service in 2009 as the Managing Director/CEO of the Federal Roads Maintenance Agency (FERMA). He currently serves as the Executive Vice Chairman/CEO of North South Power Company Limited – A 630MW capacity power generating company, managing a diverse renewable power generation infrastructure in the power sector of the Nigeria economy.
He prides himself as a patient and strategic investor and earned the reward of true entrepreneurship with the attitude of his pure and disciplined gradual successive progression.
Dr. Peters is a respected family, business and community leader. He currently serves on numerous Company’s Board positions within and outside Nigeria. Some of which include, Board Director of North South Power Company Limited, Board of FirstCentral Credit Bureau Limited, Board Membership of Roads Nigeria PLC, Chairmanship of Covenant Securities and Asset Management Limited, Chairman BOD of OPEC Investments Inc, USA, Chairman BOD of BP Investment Limited, Chairman BOD of Pitason & SmartPro Company Limited, Member of the Board of Zankli Medical Services Limited and as a Trustee on the Board of Trustee (BOT) of Shaw University, Raleigh, North Carolina, USA among other leadership responsibilities.
He is married with children, grands and necessary family and community related extensions.
